A Warm Reception

This package is designed for the Host who want to be part of all of the different stages of the planning and are only looking to have someone there the day of the event to make sure all of their hard work goes off without a hitch and they can enjoy their event.

 Wedding day co-ordination (up to 10 hours)

Initial consultation with the Bride and Groom

Up to two meetings additional to reassure all is going according to plan

Instructing attendant about their duties

Directing the processionals, recessionals and receiving line

Co-coordinating the collection of gifts received on the wedding days

Set-up all personal items (toasting glasses, cake cutting knife, programs, favors, etc..)

Supervise loading of gifts into designate car(s)

Supervise boxing of wedding cake or leftover to be sent with bride and groom

Have in hand Bride emergency kit

Manage final vendor payments

Attend the Rehearsal and Ceremony

Providing a stress-free day for the Bride and Groom

Bonus:

A copy of of all of our pictures taken sent to the Bride and Groom 

Prices start at: $500.00 and up,  depends travel distance and amount of guests
