A Warm Reception

• Initial consultation with the Bride and Groom
• Ongoing consultation and advice
• Preparing budget
• Preparing a schedule/timeline and checklists
• Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
• Assisting with selecting and booking an officiate for the wedding
• Assisting with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding
• Assisting with the design and wording of the stationary for invitations, mailings
• Tracking RSVPs and who will be attending
• Assisting with selection of wedding attire and accessories
• Finding, negotiating with and booking suitable vendors (e.g. baker, caterer, florist, photographer, printer, videographer, musicians, etc.)
• Reviewing vendors’ contracts and co-coordinating with vendors
• Providing information to obtain marriage license
• Ceremony coordination with Officiant, Bride, Groom, Parents and Wedding Party
• Attendance to menu selection meeting
• Preparing itineraries, seating list, name plates
• Attending and overseeing the rehearsal (up to two hours)
• Instructing attendant about their duties
• Directing the processionals, recessionals and receiving line
• Reception planning
• Co-coordinating the collection of gifts received on the wedding days
• Wedding day co-ordination (up to 12 hours)
• Set-up all personal items (toasting glasses, cake cutting knife, programs, favors, etc..)
• Supervise loading of gifts into designate car(s)
• Supervise boxing of wedding cake or leftover to be sent with bride and groom
• Have in hand Bride emergency kit
• Provide snacks and water for Bride, Groom, Parents and Wedding Party
• Manage final vendor payments
• Arrange Hotel Accommodation for out-of-town Guest(s)
• Have gift baskets waiting for guests in their hotel room
• Provide local area attractions and maps
• Attend the Rehearsal and Ceremony (up to three hours)
• Providing a stress-free day for the Bride and Groom
• Emergency Bride Bag

• Bonus:
